Diabetes:

Patients who will be under 16 at the end of the financial year will now be correctly excluded from the enhanced service, any patient who will turn 16 before the financial year end will be included for the whole year.

HbA1c IFCC standardised (42W5.) results in mmol/mol are now accepted in addition to DCCT percentage results. To meet the outcome standard any result recorded as IFCC must be below 59 mmol/mol.

The whole 22K tree is now accepted for BMI.
The value audits for outcomes now only accept values over zero.
