Vision Data Collection Version 1.00	01-Feb-10	Near Patient Testing: Methotrexate, Cyclophosphomide, Auranofin & Sodium Aurothiomalate prescriptions now required annually. Added Ciclosporin, Mercaptopurine, Mycophenolate & Tacrolimus to high risk treatment started list. Added ‘Other’ category to high risk treatment started. After entering your user name and password, it's important that you click on the 'SAVE' button, and then in the 'Save As' drop-down at the top you should select 'Desktop' leaving the default filename.
